Client Collaboration/Strategy Design

Arguably our most important step, we begin our search efforts with an initial meeting to establish search priorities. This meeting is our opportunity to learn more about our client’s company, expectations and needs. We gather talent requirements, desired skill-set, culture expectations, management style, education preference and required abilities. We establish geographic preference and which organizations our client would prefer we target.

Evaluating our client’s needs is a defining characteristic of our search process to ensure that we are seeking the right talent. Equipped with what we’ve learned from our collaboration – combined with our knowledge of the industry and an analysis of the challenges unique to the organization and role, we develop a tailored and concise approach to our process.

Candidate Presentation/Interviews

Our clients are provided with a meaningful assessment and comprehensive evaluation on our short list of candidates. We maintain a consistent line of communication with all parties to facilitate phone or in-person interviews, travel arrangements and interview-prep. We can also provide value added services such as educational verification, background checks, reference checking and drug/alcohol screening.


During the evaluation stage of the search, we get to go hunting! We explore a variety of avenues in seeking out the industries top talent by combining social recruiting strategies, marketing efforts, contact management and proven recruiting practices.

Our focus surrounds a comprehensive qualification process for each candidate in which we get to understand their perspective and potential fit for our client and the opportunity. We define this process based on professional accomplishments, opportunity, skills, experience, personality and cultural fit.

Post Interview/Hire Follow-up

At this point we debrief both company and candidate, allowing for a clear and concise expectation from both individual and company. Managing the expectations of both client and candidate is of utmost importance. We help to ensure that all expectations are in line with all parties involved.
